Nightmare On Wall Street II

Competition Details:

-Designed for FUN and for inclusion of BOTH Rx and Scaled Athletes

-Teams of 2 (Male/Female)

-Ages 16+

-Maximum of 20 Teams

-Teams MUST dress in themed costumes, AND provide a team name

-In House Competition which means registration is limited to Members/Spouses/Family

-WODs will NOT be released prior to competition

Competition Standards

Both athletes competing MUST be able to perform the following movements:

-OH Lunge Walk @ 25/45#

-Wall Balls (W:14/9 M:20#/10’)

-Deadlift 125/185#

-Back Squat 95/135#

-Double Unders

-KB Swings @ 1/1.5 Pood

-Clean And Jerk @ 75/115#

-Pullups (Not CTB)

-Box Hop 20/24”

-Thrusters @ 65/95#

-Snatch @ 55/75#

-Burpees
